There are a number of ways that you can help support our mission as a volunteer! Below are descriptions of our main volunteer opportunities. If you have an interest or skill not listed below, but which you feel may benefit the WRC, please let us know.

PLEASE NOTE: All volunteers are asked to complete a volunteer application form and go through a screening process. Return completed applications to:

Women's Resource Center

or e-mail them to wrc@wrcofwinona.org.

Whichever volunteer activity you choose, your time and efforts are much appreciated and will help us further our services to the families of this community seeking safer, happier, and healthier lives.

Volunteer advocates are essential to the safety and support of our clients. These on-call volunteers provide 24 hour crisis services via cell phones. Advocates must participate in 45 hours of specialized training (offered at least once per year) prior to volunteering.
