Free & Confidential
The WRC and its services are free and confidential. They are available to any and all victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in Winona county and surrounding areas.
Trained advocates are available to respond to the immediate and on-going needs of victims of domestic violence and sexual assault 24 hours a day.
We see violence prevention as a vital component of our work. We provide numerous community education programs with the aim of preventing violence and abuse.
